After growing up in The Netherlands and picking up a bachelor’s degree in English and a master’s degree in media production in between travels all over this great big planet, I finally decided to settle down in Charleston, South Carolina. My husband and I, along with our baby, a giant schnauzer named Roxy, love all the Lowcountry has to offer. Every morning we enjoy the most beautiful sunrises at the beaches, and on the weekends we enjoy exquisite dinners at some of the many great restaurants Charleston has to offer. The small town feel, the rich history, beautiful scenery, a great climate and a friendly atmosphere all add up to be one of the nicest places on earth, and I can know, I checked all the continents!
